Is your transaction ready to sign?
10 questions, two minutes. At the end you will receive a readiness score and a checklist tailored to your transaction. Your answers are not stored on the site, and are sent only if you choose to send them.
- Have you checked the property’s registration in the local land register yourself - not only through the agent?
- Do you know who currently holds title, and that the property is free of charges, attachments and claims?
- Does the property have valid building and occupancy permits that match its actual condition?
- Have you decided on the holding structure (individual, company, LLC) with tax in both countries in mind?
- Do you know all transaction costs beyond the price: taxes, notary, registration and legal fees?
- Do you have a lawyer who represents only you - not the seller, the developer or the agent?
- Are payments made against milestones, a guarantee or a trust arrangement - rather than in advance?
- Do you have a confirmed financing plan, Israeli or local?
- Are the power of attorney and documents for remote signing in order, including apostille and translation?
- Have you checked your reporting and tax obligations in Israel on the property and the income from it?
The score is a general aid and not legal advice. Your answers are not stored on the site and are sent only if you choose to send them.
