Who stands behind the content

The content is written and edited at Adv. Ilan Leibovitch & Co., led by Adv. Ilan Leibovitch, a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1997 who has accompanied real-estate transactions abroad since 2007.

What every guide is based on

Legislation, publications of official bodies such as tax authorities, land registries and central banks, case law, and the firm's practical experience in transactions. The sources are listed at the end of each guide so you can check them yourself.

Dates and updates

Every guide shows its publication date. When a law, tax rate or procedure changes, we update the guide, and the date of the latest update appears in the page data. Time-sensitive figures, such as investment thresholds, tax rates and prices, are marked "as of…".

From the buyer's point of view

The guides are written from the buyer's and investor's point of view. They are not advertising for a project, developer or seller, and they do not recommend a specific property.

The information on this site is general. It is not legal or tax advice for a specific transaction and does not replace a review of the documents and circumstances of your deal.
